Sarah, also known as SG ROD, is an author, intuitive metaphysician, and healer whose transformative journey exemplifies resilience and self-discovery. Her memoir, Mama Called Me Crazy: A Memoir About Unlearning Everything and Overcoming Illusions, published on January 31, 2023, is a raw and inspiring account of her experiences overcoming abuse, neglect, and systemic challenges, including time spent in foster care, jails, and group homes.

Through years of self-healing and unlearning societal illusions, Sarah has emerged as a guide for others seeking to heal from trauma and align with their authentic selves. After spending several years running a successful medical practice in Chicago and the greater Chicagoland area, she is now based in Joshua California, where she offers intuitive metaphysician services, specializing in energy transmutation, emotional release, and helping individuals reconnect with their inner truth.
